Coach Mark
Google alerts can keep you in a constant and up to date stream of content ideas and it is so simple to set up.
Google Alerts are email updates of the most current relevant Google search results (web, news, blog, video, etc.) and these are based on your choice of keywords or search terms. Take a quick 20 seconds or less to do this and you will then be sent a confirmation email to your own email account, no need for a Gmail account. If you already have a gmail account it is an easy access when you are logged in to Gmail.
Go to: Google Alert Home
Once there you will see a welcome screen with some information explaining what Google Alerts are about then a form to fill in.
To create a Google Alert fill in the form
- Add search terms: the desired keywords or term
- Type: News, Web, Comprehensive, Blog and Video
- How often: Daily, hourly, as it happens
- Your email addy:
